Form |
Application required by Rotary and, for US based host families, the
State Department. Must be signed by all family members over 18,
and a background check is required for US based host families. |

student arrives. Great ice breaker and helps everyone to
understand the rules - written and unwritten. Can be
printed in multiple language pair translations for easy comprehension
by student and family. |

A
handy check list of documents which should be in the possession of the
host family, and accompany the student when changing families. |

INSURANCE |
|
The following
information pertains to the insurance required by District 6990 for Inbound
and Outbound students. Insurance is REQUIRED of all exchange students
and CISI - Bolduc is the agency which is to be used unless other insurance
is required by a country or District hosting an Outbound. If Inbound
students are required to have a certain insurance from a local insurance
company, a CISI Bolduc Plan A policy may be required to participate in
District 6990. The required insurance meets all Rotary guidelines. |
