Rotary Youth Exchange  Student Applications

Below are a series of applications, some specific to District 6990, some which may be used anywhere in the world.  BEFORE COMPLETING ANY APPLICATION YOU MUST:

     1. Contact a local Rotary Club to assure that you will be considered for sponsorship!  If you do not know of a club or a Rotarian click on the Club Locator link below.  If you need further assistance you may contact the District committee and the members will help you.

     2.  Once accepted into the program read the instruction page for the full application shown below.

     3.  FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS for the particular application, especially as to the number of copies, who must sign and that ALL COPIES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL SIGNATURES!!!  And remember, it is your application that will determine if you will be accepted in a foreign country and what host families you will have!  Smile in your picture and think about the answers to the questions!
