Hallo,
I
arrived for two weeks now and it is fantastic to live here. I did so many
things. After the very funny flight with Conny, Lorina and Robi and the
meeting with a part of my host family and Roy at the airport I arrived
Marathon
after four hours. I met the rest of my family and about thirty minutes
later I already met many friends and Rotariens from my famlily. I also met
Suzie and some of her friends, but I was so tired that I couldn’ t
remember all the names on the next day. The next day I went to school and
get my courses, then I had my first rotary meeting at lunch. The club is
so funny and friendly. At the evening I went to the beach. The next day
was my first school day. It was ok. I’ m the first exchange student
since years and something very special as European.
The
Friday came and so the first weekend. In the evening we went playing
soccer it was much fun. On Saturday I had to stand up early, because there
was a swimmcompetition from my hostsistlings in
Key West
and after the competition I went shopping with some friends of my family.
It was very fun and I got my first souvenirshirt. On Sunday I went to the
Inboundorientation to
Ft.
Lauderdale
. It was very funny and I liked to meet all the people. The only bad thing
was the long way. The next week started and everything became normal. On
Monday there was a charity softballgame where
I met my third hostfamily.
Last weekend I relaxed a lot. I’ m looking forward to the weekend when I
will go to
Miami
together with Conny. I think we will have a very funy time expecially at
Florian’ s birthday, because I got a lot of stuff from my hostmother.
