Well, I´ve been here for a month and yesterday
was the first time I dremt in Portugues!! It was weird because I
understood words the I just learned a day ago. I'm learning very fast, and
speaking a lot. I have a lot of firends, I go out almost every day. The
past 4 weekends were awsome because every weekend I did somthign
different. The first weekend i went to my firends farm where he has some
500 cattle 300 pigs and a lot of vegitation. He also has some land that he
doesnt even use wich is all basicly like the woods... but this is more of
a jungle becasue when we walked through it you could hear the monkies in
the trees screaming at each other. Even though I couldn't see any of them
it was pretty amazing! The next weekend I went to another city with a
friend and his family (with rotary authorization) and we went to a night
club. It started at 23:00 and ended 12:30 the next day! It was amazing!!
every one is so firendly they come right up to you and hug you and kiss
you. Last weekend I was at a rave in the middle of no where (middle of a
sugar cabe crop field). It was awsome.. I had so much fun that I lost my
voice. And yesterday I went to a quieter place such as a restaurant and
had amazing food. Brazil has food I never even heard of. This country has
everything. All types of climates and terrains, amazing music, all the
types of food in the USA and more, every fruit and vegitabel that exists,
the women are amazing - so friendly, open and beautiful. Technology is
amazing as well. they have been using Sugar Cane Alcohol for more than 20
years to fuel their cars. Basicly sugar cane is a plant so you can grow it
which means it never runs out... so its a lot cheaper than gas and a lot
healthier to the enviornment. They have gas fueld cars as well but they
have cars that use only gas, only alcohol and cars that use either.
Another good peice of technology is their shoes. They have dress shoes
with leather and stuff that usualy a buisness person would wear but they
are unbelieveble flexable. www.ferracini.com.br You can basicly grab the
shoe and twist it and fold if how ever you want and it won't wrinckle or
wreck. They last very long and they have that comfortable padding like the
mattress made out of brain cells or soemthing...its amazing
School is hard I don't understand anything about
aerodynamic physics.. i dotn think i can even spell that. I've already
taken percautions of theives here beacuse here in Brasil its very comon...
I've bought a nice analog TG Heavy watch with water resistance and digital
screen with a light for less than a cup of coffee... a nice leather Armani
wallet for less than the price of 1kg of tomatos... so yea life is good. I
miss my firends and family and I want to say I love you all |
