And how is everyone doing this week? ok where do i
start? at the moment i am a little sick and have been sick for the past 2
weeks, nothing serious really, just some problems with my throat and head,
france is one cold country, i went to the doctor and i had to stay there
for 3 hours by myself and literally talk my way through everything i had to do, lol unfortunately i seem to have an american accent when i speak french and so others sometimes take a while to understand what im trying to say, but its going great, french like all languages im sure have its ups and downs, but i like it, at school, i find myself actually listening in history and french literature, although french literature, is a little difficult, at the moment we are studying the Fables of Jean de la Fontaine and Aesop, i have a little headstart on the class because ive already read most of those stories, in french is pretty funny, i have some really good pictures of my first weekend of Rotary here and ill send them tonight, afterwards ill work to get off my lazy butt and send some pictures of my friends and family, i have them right here, right here, so ill send them all this week, with some news on music, i joined a jazz band and started a band at my school!! great stuff, my guitar is getting really good here although i find myself sometimes so into french that i get too tired to practice at night but ill work on that, my band wants to play for the great music festival that goes on every year during june, we cant wait, at the moment we are looking for a bassist and maybe a keyboard player, music is very important in france and i love the country for it, everyday i find a new group to listen to, i just need money!! lol, sorry about the quaterly report ill send it on tuesday, and i promise more pictures in an instant, i hope everyone is having the time of their lives, like i am, i learn new things about myself all the time, and i am religious so i got the faith!! peace and love everyone, ill read your reports when i get to school, gotta eat breakfast now, later days. therol |
