Miki sent her first report!

Well , I 'm having fun and living comfortable . My English never sounds like native , but it has no problem for living or taking classes . I got better grades than one in Japan . Because in my country we sleep a lot during the classes include me . (Thought  I mostly use the time for my reading .) And some of my guy friends sleep from morning to lunch . But in here nobady sleep or do something like that ! that's surprising to me ! so I cann't sleep in here and I got it.

Yesterday we all Florida exchange students went to interect conference and I enjoyed it very much . I got many friends from another school , and we talked , ate , and danced . Though I had never danced before ,(which everyone is surprised ) so I asked them to teach me how .And they taught me and danced and got closer ,too . And we will keep in touch by e-mails. So that'll be nice . In school , I rquote m doing very well though sometimes i miss my friends . Because in my country all classmates are more close like a big family . Well , I love my devate and speech class and I hate my US history . And my school  has kids of various races , and not before but now i can speak enough english to communicate so i never feel i am a foreigner anymore. It is so nice and also one of the biggest reasons why I  have no homesick at all and i like my school . \par And I enjoy playing Soccer very much . I'm loving it .I almost go to school only for to play soccer .  In my country , there is a little chance to play soccer for girls . So I wanted to play it for a long time !  And soon the games will get them started ! !

 So I rquote m so exited now ! !  And it is also giving me close friends ,too . Well , but there were also bitter trials . Actually I cryed with chagrine only once in this three month , when we were playing soccer. I am a big cry baby so it's not so that bad . But the fact I can't understand spanish made me so upset .Because I had never met these sceane before . Because we have almost no foreigner and we all use only Japanese .  I cryed infront of my team mates . I was embarrassed but I felt so refreshed .  And they started to teach me spanish .But I still cannot speak it , but it's okay. I came to terms it . And I'm thinking if I got also spanish before I back to my country , it'll be wonderful . So I'll try it .So for now , I have no ploblem except my weight ploblem which is huge. ha-ha !  And from now on I want to be more active , like American kids and go out with my new friends and enjoy my American life as possible as I can !  And lastly , special thanks to Alba-for this web site , and our Roy  !
