Second Report! September 13, 2004 |

People often ask me how long I have been here for,
and I always answer two weeks, so today I took my time and started
counting, and I realized that I have been here for practically three
weeks, I couldn't believe it; it barely feels like I have been here for
two weeks.
TIMES BEEN GOING BY SO FAST! Last Friday, in saying last I mean the 3rd of September, I began school. I arrived there at 8, my mother takes me to the metro station, and from there i take the metro all the way to school, when I arrived there the headmaster told me that my class began at 10, so I walked around the city for 2 hours. In my first class, my teacher handed out a bunch of papers and explained millions of things that I could not understand, after that class ended...I followed all the other students, and as I saw everyone walking out of school. I thought to my self, nice school is already out. So I headed out home, but the next day of school two teachers asked me why I hadn't come to school yesterday, and I looked at them with this weird confused look, as I didn't understand, and all the other students said I couldn't speak very good French, so I was luckily saved from missing classes in my first day =D. The rest of the week, school was quite interesting, I didn't understand anything that was going on in any of my classes, except for my English and Spanish class. My English teacher even asked me to be her assistant teacher, so I guess I'm going to start that this week ;). I have already made tons of friends, so I'm happy about that, it's a lot more fun to go to school when you know people, I don't look as lost as I used to be, and they always try to help me out in my math class which is extremely hard. I have already signed up to be in the teams soccer team, which will be every Wednesdays after school, in a different city, so I'm hoping all goes well. I have also signed up for tennis and guitar lessons which I'm extremely happy about, I couldn't wait to start guitar. Most of you are probably wondering, how are you sending me this e-mail if you are supposed to be in school already. Well, yesterday after I stuffed myself with food, I went to play soccer with some friends, and after I had a really bad stomach ache, so today I don't feel much better, and I wouldn't be able to handle school with the way I feel. So here is where I should probably get going, get some rest, and feel great by tomorrow! I have also attached a few pictures with details!
