One Month in Thailand September 12, 2004 |
|
| It's been one month since I arrived here in Thailand. It's really hard for me to believe it. I haven't noticed the time go by. I've more or less integrated myself to life over here and am loving every second of it. Much to my surprise though, the school year over here has just ended for a month and a half vacation. Instead of spending it in Bangkok though, I'm going to be staying in Lopburi for a month. Lopburi is a city outside of Bangkok and was originally where I was supposed to wind up. After the month, I'll be returning to Bangkok. I've been to one rotary meeting so far, but I did go with my sponsoring club to Ayutthaya the other day. The club visited several Buddhist shrines, and while I got lots of pictures, only two have me in them. And they're not very good pictures either. I'll hopefully get some good pictures of myself in Lopburi. | |
