My Report!!! :O) I am so sorry that I did not write but I am here now!!!I was so lazy!!! :O) I came to Florida Aug.8, 4 months and 5 days ago!!! I was afraid and excited when I came! I was also sad because I "lost" my family, boyfriend and my friends. This was hard, but I was so excited because I knew I could make the new life and I knew I could meet a lot of new people and see interesting things!!! The first days were so hard and than everything started to get easier. My first host family helped me a lot!!! (Marlene and Terrell Manyak) They lived in Cooper City. They were raising a puppy for handicapped people. Marlene sang in the choir and Terrell professor at the University. I had a sister, she was so nice!!! I really liked my first host family!!! The school was so DIFFERENT. I really did not understand anything!!! :O) Not only did I have trouble with English, the school was so difficult! For example, I have 7 different classes, but every day I have only 4 classes. One day I have "A" day & "B" day! One class is 2 hour long!!! School is so different here than in Hungary, or Europe!!! But now the school is very interesting!!! I learn and have a lot of friends. This is very important. Because my friends help me a lot and we made a lot of good things together!!! :O) I went to my first American football game with my school friends (girls). But we really didn’t understand anything…….. but we enjoyed the game!!! We screamed and cheered when everybody else did!!! :O) I live now with my second host family. We live in Weston!!! They are very -very nice to me!!! I have a 15 year old brother and a 14 year old sister they are so nice!!! This family also raises a dog that will be given to a blind person. We go to a lot of hockey games because my brother plays very well. I went to some Rotary trips this month, they were so COOL!!! The first trip: we went to the Orland, DISNEY WORLD!!! This was the first time we met the other exchange students that live in Florida and a few other states!!! It was wonderful there were more than 50 people!!! Everybody was very nice and funny!!! We spent the whole weekend together!!! We talked a lot and had a lot of fun!!! This weekend was my best weekend here. I am so happy that I came to Florida I know this year will be a wonderful time for me and my friends and family!!! :O) I am very happy that I met these exchange students. They are so COOL!!!!!!!!!!! :O) This past weekend all exchange students went to the Keys Distract Conference!!! The Keys are so beautiful and the weekend was very interesting!!! Christmas is so different for me. There is NO SNOW, it is warm and sunny!!! It is funny to see Christmas lights on PALM TREES!!!!! :O) I miss my family and my friends but I am not homesick. I enjoy this life now!!! I do a lot of new things and every day I met new people. I really like my life here and I think I’ve changed inside a lot. I have learned a lot!!! I think this year will help me and everyone be part of a NEW WORLD!!! Thank you so much for everything. I promise I will write more often!!!
