The District Jamboree was great, we spent Thursday to Sunday in Zánka. This is the name of a town that is located along the bank of Lake Balaton, the largest thermal lake in all of Europe. The town is designed as a youth city and can host up to 3000 students. The Rotarians took us to many places and organised activities for us and we all had fun. Approximately 120 exchange students from Hungary, Austria and Croatia met.

Apart from being an unforgettable weekend and heaps of fun, it was also sad to have to say goodbye to all the exchangees that I have known since I arrived in Hungary. To have to say goodbye was one of the hardest things I have ever done.
