2003 District 6990 Interact
District Conference Weekend
Miami
October 25 & 26, 2003
Interact is a service club sponsored
by Rotary and based in high schools. This year the Interact
District Conference was held at Killian High School in Miami for
District 6990, and all of the inbound Exchange Students were in
attendance. This was the first event this year where all 14
inbounds had the opportunity to be together, but after a few hours
it appeared they had known each other for years. After the
conference the group adjourned to the Weinman household for a
sleepover - that is, if they slept at all!!
