My current host-family. We were just eating La galette des rois. It's kinda like a pie with a little toy in it. The person who get's le fièvre (the toy) becomes the queen or king of the pie. It's a cute tradition, which hits france every january. Oh i forgot to mention how the slices are handed out. The yougest one gets under the table and shouts out the names of each person for who gets which piece.

This was when the Rotary held a kinda debate thingy. I could tell you the name in french but i don't think that would mean anything to the most of you. My friend participated and got second place! oh, at the end they had me et up and say something about my experience here. It's hard enough to start giving a little speach on the spot, but to start giving a speach in another language!

This is when i changed host-families. Françoise on the right is my new host-mother and Liliane, on the left is my last host-mother.

It was Jean-Pierre's B-day. I got him a book on florida and a bottle of Baileys.

 I was helping my last host-family's son move. It was freezing!
