Guten Tag,

I thought " maybe i'll hold my head high and evrything would be ok, it's just only for a year and by the way, the year would finish so fast I wouldn't even notice" as far as I am concerned, I was wrong for thinking such a thing.

I thought I was never going to become homesick and if I did I would be the last one. This past week I cried like a baby, I would at nights cry myself to sleep. Just thinking about where I was, how long I was going to be here for, away from my parents how where my comfort zone everytime, and into the hands of strangers, in a strange place. A place that would change my life forever.

But never mind the past, this weekend was "A BLAST". This was the most fun I had since I was here in Germany. My host family took my friend and I to a state fair there you could find everything in one place. There were rides from all over the world and there were many different cultures to look forward to.

As soon as I got there I went "buck wild". Many people maybe wondered "where did this child come from" Want to take a guess?

So it started to rain and I got soaked. Which maybe the frist time since I was here.

Rotary District Orientation.

On Sunday I had to attend my Rotary district orientation meeting. It was so interesting to find out that there were 35 Exchange Students here in Germany, but we live so far away from each other. There were from various countries like Finland, Japan, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil, and Ecuador. I am proud that I am the only one from the Bahamas.

By the way with so many students my jacket is really amazing .

(I think I took a mile instead of the yard)

so peace out.
