1. Well I decided when I'm leaving. It is probably going to be the 25th of May, but Rotary might say something and might get changed. I'm really having a hard time with my rotary here. Not as nice as I thought they would be, but.... Well I think that that is a little too early but, it would probably be better to go home then, so this is my second to last report. I'll send my last report when I get home. I'm gonna spend about 1 week in Osaka at Maimi (exchange student at my house now)'s boyfriend's house. Well on to other news

2. On March 3rd we had a party for Hinamatsuri (doll festival), my previous host dads birthday, and my host sister at that times birthday. It was really fun, a lot of people came and we all had a blast.

3. Then a Mexican exchange student visted my city and I had dinner with her, her rotary president, and her rotary presidents wife. It was pretty cool because the rotary president let us drink wine, so at the end me and him and his wife got a little drunk. But for some reason Juanita didn't, maybe thats why we call her the "wild Mexican". 

4. I changed host families just a little while ago, in fact about 3 days ago. it's really cool here. 

5. Yesterday I went to an amusement park (extremely small one) in a town call BARO. it was fun, except it was really cold and when we went on the bumper boats and I tried to flip my host brother over, and we all got wet, it wasnt too much fun. Even thought it really was, it was fun being wet. And then we stopped by a relatives house who works on a farm and I petted cows. I tried to feed one my half eaten green apple, but he just licked it and the farmer said that cow doesnt like apples. And then I drank cow milk, which is so nasty, like melted butter or something. YUK! then we went to a museum of wood toys. It was pretty cool. And then we went to a souvenir shop and I bought Super Cool Sunglasses. And then we went home, all in all it was pretty fun.

SCHOOL

1. not much is happening except I no longer have an lessons to learn Japanese. From the begging they made time for me to learn Japanese from the English teachers here. And now I'm off that and am going to school just like any other kid here. And I should be at school now except I caught a little cold. It's not too bad but, I just dont want to infect other people.

2. This week is "GOLDEN WEEK" in Japan. There are just a bunch of Holidays which just coincidently happen to fall all on the same week. So everyday is a holiday except for today. I thought tomorrow was school except there isnt.

Well thats about all thats happened, not much, but thats Monbetsu. I feel kinda lonely here since Im the only exchange student, there are others within the district but the closest one is about a 2 hour bus ride away. And besides that there are only 4 other exchange students. So when I hear about everyone else trying not to talk too much with the other exchange students, I feel like Im all on my lonesome here. Which does not feel to good. I think thats all but if not I'll write more later so til next time this is Patrick saying "Goodnight and Godbless"
